Job summary

Freeman Health System in Joplin, MO seeks a Systems Engineer (AD & Microsoft 365) to support and enhance identity and access management across the organization. You will work with IT and business stakeholders to ensure secure integration and user management, mentoring the System Administrator and contributing to security projects.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Healthcare, IT, Business, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated success training and mentoring others on Active Directory and IAM tools
• Demonstrated success using analytical tools and skills for workflows, system configuration and documentation related to identity and access management
• Demonstrated success designing and administrating Identity Management and Access
• Demonstrated success leading large scale projects and processes

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance identity and access management infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and AzureAD.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure secure, efficient integration and user management.
• Mentor the System Administrator and handle daily operational tasks.
• Contribute to projects to uphold security best practices and optimize system performance.
