Job summary

NOW Health Group INC is seeking a security-focused IT professional to strengthen the Windows/Active Directory and Microsoft 365 security posture. You will partner with IT Security, Networking, and other teams to prioritize and implement solutions, ensuring strong identity and access controls across the environment.

Responsibilities include hardening configurations per CIS benchmarks, conducting periodic posture assessments, and leading initiatives such as PAM, LAPS, and least privilege.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or security engineering.
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISSP, SSCP, GSEC, AZ-500, SC-300/SC-200 desired but not required.
• Experience with security frameworks and hardening standards (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001/27002).
• Experience remediating findings from vulnerability assessments or audits.
• Ability to translate security requirements into practical infrastructure changes.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen security posture of on‑prem Windows/Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Implement and maintain secure configurations using CIS benchmarks.
• Perform regular security posture assessments and remediate gaps.
• Lead initiatives on tiered administration, PAM, and privilege management.
• Coordinate patching, vulnerability management, and DR/testing activities.
• Respond to security alerts and perform incident remediation.
