Job summary

Freeman Health System in Joplin, Missouri, is seeking a Systems Engineer focused on Active Directory and Microsoft 365 to support and enhance the organization’s identity and access management infrastructure. The role reports to the Manager of Information Security - IAM and partners with IT and business stakeholders to ensure secure user management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success mentoring others on AD and IAM tools.
• Experience developing workflows, configuring systems, and documenting IAM processes.
• Experience designing and administering Identity Management and Access.
• Experience leading large-scale projects and processes.

Responsibilities

• Supports and enhances IAM infrastructure with focus on AD and MS 365 services.
• Collaborates with IT and stakeholders to ensure secure, efficient user management.
• Mentors the System Administrator and handles daily operational tasks.
• Contributes to projects to uphold security practices and optimize system performance.
