Freeman Health System in Joplin, MO seeks an Identity and Access Management Specialist to safeguard staff access and protect confidential data across the organization. You will manage user lifecycles, perform audits, and optimize identity governance and RBAC.

The role collaborates with application teams to deploy new functionality, develop workflows, configure systems, and document policies. Strong communication and project skills are required; on-site work is required for 120 days.

Qualificações

• Associate's Degree in Healthcare, IT, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft O365, ServiceNow or IAM applications.
• Preferred: SSCP, Microsoft Outlook or Azure, or other IAM tools.

This role is responsible for account lifecycle management, auditing, and the ongoing maintenance, testing, and optimization of Identity Governance and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). The Specialist collaborates with application teams to support the deployment of new applications and functionality, contributes to workflow development, system configuration, and documentation, and ensures compliance by effectively communicating policies and procedures to end users, leadership, and peers.
