Job summary

Deloitte Cyber Identity & Access Management team is seeking a Senior Engineering Management Specialist to lead IAM architecture, development, and governance for complex client environments. You will drive implementation of SailPoint solutions, mentor teams, and collaborate with clients and product owners to deliver secure identity services.

The role requires strong leadership, technical depth in identity security, and the ability to manage multiple streams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IAM/security experience.
• 4+ years designing/architecting IAM solutions.
• 2+ years leading technical teams or workstreams.
• 4+ years integrating IAM solutions with enterprise infra and apps.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, integration, and operation of SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in complex client environments.
• Configure and deploy SailPoint connectors, workflows, and integration components, including non-human identities as identity principals.
• Apply IAM engineering standards and secure development practices across governance, provisioning, certification, role management, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage scope, timelines, and quality.
• Support governance and operational processes for human and non-human identities, including lifecycle management and credential rotation.
