• 7+ years of experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, cloud, or security architecture.
• 5+ years leading IAM-related initiatives in large enterprises.
• 3+ years of management or team leadership experience.

• Lead IAM engineering, governance, and architecture across the organization.
• Own IAM program strategy, roadmap, budget, metrics, and reporting.
• Define and enforce IAM policies, standards, and reference architectures for workforce, privileged, non‑human, and AI identities.
