Regions Bank is seeking an IAM Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in implementing identity and access management best practices across the enterprise. You will drive security standards, collaboration with Risk/Audit, and continuous improvement of IAM capabilities to protect enterprise assets.

This exempt, onsite role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication with stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data teams to strengthen risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with six years of related experience.
• Two years of lead or supervisory/managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of engineers, analysts, and administrators within Information Security.
• Develop and maintain IAM standards and processes.
• Collaborate with Risk/Audit to meet access management compliance.
• Establish KRIs and KPIs for IAM operational effectiveness.
• Drive changes to IAM processes and systems and communicate with all levels.
