Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Manager to lead a diverse team of engineers, analysts, and administrators within the Information Security function. The role focuses on implementing IAM best practices, maintaining standards, and driving metrics to improve efficiency and security across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 6+ years of experience, and at least 2 years in a leadership role, with strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and six (6) years of related experience.
• Two (2) years of lead or supervisory/managerial experience.
• Experience with IAM, risk/compliance, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Manages a group of analysts, engineers, or administrators to support IAM, Mainframe or Operation Systems within Information Security.
• Develops and maintains Information Security standards related to Identity & Access Management.
• Ensures all processes are documented appropriately.
• Works with Risk/Audit partners to meet compliance objectives related to access management.
• Develops KRIs and KPIs to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement in IAM processes and systems.
• Plans, estimates, staffs, organizes and monitors significant project activities.
• Provides clear communication with all levels of the organization.
• Fosters an inclusive, collaborative environment with IT teams and architects.
• Identifies issues and implements strategic solutions.
• Serves as primary escalation point for IAM-related issues and solutions.
• Leads recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management.
