Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation is seeking an IAM Manager to lead a diverse team of engineers, analysts, and administrators focused on Identity & Access Management across the enterprise. The role emphasizes security, governance, and continuous improvement of IAM capabilities.

The manager will partner with TODD teams to design and monitor controls, manage change, and deliver metrics. This onsite position in Hoover, AL requires leadership experience and a strong security background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with six years of related experience.
• Two years of lead or supervisory/managerial experience.
• Experience leading IAM, security, or mainframe/OS teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manages a group of analysts, engineers, or administrators to support IAM, Mainframe or OS teams within Information Security.
• Develops and maintains Information Security standards related to Identity & Access Management.
• Ensures all processes are documented appropriately.
• Works with Risk/Audit partners to meet compliance objectives related to access management.
• Develops KRIs and KPIs to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement in IAM processes and systems.
• Plans, estimates, staffs, organizes and monitors significant project activities.
• Provides clear communication with all levels of the organization.
• Fosters an inclusive, collaborative environment with Enterprise Architects and other IT teams.
• Identifies problematic areas and implements strategic solutions.
• Serves as primary escalation point for IAM-related issues.
