Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC in Rockville, MD seeks a senior IAM engineer to lead enterprise Identity and Access Management initiatives from planning through implementation. You will develop SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions and build cloud access automation using Python in AWS and Azure.

The role requires strong Java development, AWS IAM experience, and knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD. You will partner with security and compliance teams to enforce governance and protect critical

Qualifications

5-10+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience, including custom Java rule development, connector customization, and workflow configuration.
5+ years of Java application development (not just scripting).
2+ years of AWS IAM experience with policy creation and automation.
Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and integrations.
Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD administration and integration.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise IAM initiatives from planning through implementation.
Develop custom Java-based solutions within SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow platforms.
Build and maintain cloud access automation using Python in AWS and Azure environments.
Manage complex access provisioning and deprovisioning workflows to ensure security and compliance.
Partner with security and compliance teams to develop and enforce governance frameworks.
