Job summary

RedMatter Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced SailPoint Senior Engineer to design, implement, and maintain identity governance solutions. You will lead IAM projects, develop custom connectors, and integrate with AD, Azure AD, SAP, and ServiceNow.

You will mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices and secure configurations across platforms. A deep understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ and related IAM protocols is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional IAM experience including SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SailPoint implementations
• Strong Java, scripting, and API integration skills

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions
• Configure workflows, forms, policies, rules, and connectors
• Develop custom connectors and adapters using Java/BeanShell/REST
• Lead design sessions and mentor junior engineers
• Integrate SailPoint with AD, Azure AD, SAP, ServiceNow
• Perform platform upgrades, patches, and optimization
• Develop audit/compliance reports and dashboards
• Ensure security best practices across IAM implementations
