Job summary

DTCC is seeking an IAM Governance Sr. Associate to partner with governance leads, drive metrics, and provide leadership on identity and access governance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy and timely remediation across access controls.

The role emphasizes governance measurement, data quality, and clear communication with senior stakeholders, within a hybrid work model across the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience.
• One or more information security or audit certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) is a plus.
• 2+ years Hands-on experience with any PAM/IAM/Cybersecurity solution.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM governance initiatives with guidance from the IAM Governance Director.
• Assist in governance across Identity and Access Management, including access certification, policy adherence, and control execution.
• Define governance requirements for IAM processes, workflows, controls, and reporting with regulatory/audit alignment.
• Develop and maintain governance documentation, standards, procedures, training materials, and job aids for entitlement management and access governance.
• Support governance reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking to reduce risk and improve compliance.
