Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer focused on Identity and Access Management. You will design, develop, and integrate secure access solutions across the enterprise, with emphasis on RBAC, PBAC, PAM, and risk-based automation.

You will mentor teammates, test IAM components, and collaborate with security, governance, and IT teams to ensure compliant, reliable delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of related IAM or security engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Java and Python; databases knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate access control solutions (RBAC/PBAC/PAM).
• Implement risk-based automated access management and policy-based authorization.
• Enhance RBAC, including birthright roles management.
• Perform software development and testing for IAM products.
• Provide Level 3 support and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet security and governance standards.
