Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Info Security, or related field.
• 8+ years in IAM, Cybersecurity, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• 3+ years in people leadership of technical teams.
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts: authentication, authorization, federation, governance, and privileged access.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IAM engineering team.
• Define and execute enterprise IAM roadmap aligned with business and security objectives, including AI-driven transformations.
• Oversee design, implementation, and operation of IAM platforms: IGA, Directory Services, and API/machine identities.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and compliant; advance IaC and automation.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, infra, app dev, risk, compliance, and business to secure access and governance.
• Communicate IAM strategy, risks, and program progress to senior management.
