Job summary

Nova Southern University seeks an Identity and Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and support IAM systems across academic and administrative environments. You will manage identity lifecycle, SSO, MFA governance, and access controls for students, faculty, staff, and affiliates.

The role requires 4–6 years of IT IAM experience, expertise with directory services, federation protocols, and automated provisioning.

Qualifications

• Four to six years of information technology experience in IAM
• Experience with directory services and federation protocols
• Experience automating joiner/mover/leaver processes

Responsibilities

• Designs, engineers, and operates the identity lifecycle across students, faculty, staff, affiliates, and contractors.
• Oversees SSO and federation services, including SAML and OpenID Connect integrations.
• Administers MFA governance, privileged access management, and role-based access controls.
