Job summary

Interclypse in Maryland is seeking an IT professional to assist in the daily administration of customer IAM solutions. You will manage user accounts, troubleshoot access issues, and help enforce access controls under the supervision of senior engineers, gaining hands-on exposure to MFA and SSO.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, plus at least three years of IT systems administration and at least one year with identity management such

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least three (3) years of IT systems administration experience.
• At least one (1) year of experience with identity management systems such as Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily administration and operation of IAM solutions.
• Manage user accounts and troubleshoot access issues.
• Help enforce access control policies under supervision of senior engineers.
• Support MFA and Single Sign-On implementations.
