Job summary

Academy Sports + Outdoors is seeking an experienced IAM Administrator to manage identity and access platforms including SailPoint and CyberArk. The role requires designing, implementing, and maintaining secure authentication and authorization processes across enterprise apps.

You will collaborate with IT teams, support SSO, MFA, RBAC, and AD/LDAP integrations, and help migrate legacy IAM solutions. Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field
• 3+ years of IAM administration experience including SailPoint
• Expertise in SAML/SSO, RBAC, MFA and directory services
• Experience with CyberArk and Identity security tooling

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Enterprise IAM tools
• Conduct periodic recertification for identity and access processes
• Monitor application performance and hosting infrastructure
• Integrate IAM with Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk and PingFederate
• Collaborate with leaders to define roles, apps, workflows and configurations
• Support incident recovery and change control procedures
