Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking an Identity & Access Management Engineer to join our IAM program in the United States, with on-site roles in Austin, TX or Phoenix, AZ. This senior contributor will partner with security, IT, HR, and audit teams to manage identity governance, access provisioning, and compliance across enterprise systems.

The role emphasizes implementation, automation, and process improvement to strengthen security while ensuring a positive user experience.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of IAM platforms (SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM) and user lifecycle management.
• Experience with RBAC, access reviews, and SOX/ISO 27001 compliance is preferred.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise IAM platforms (SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM).
• Perform user provisioning, role changes, and deprovisioning per policy and SLAs.
• Triage IAM incidents, monitor systems, and drive operational improvements.
• Support access governance, RBAC, and entitlement certifications.
• Assist in audits for SOX, ISO 27001, and SOC controls.
• Participate in IAM implementation projects and onboarding of apps.
