Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Director of Identity & Access Management to lead IAM strategy, governance, and execution across lifecycle, access controls, and audit readiness. You will partner with HR, IT, security, and compliance to drive automation and least privilege.

The role requires strong leadership, policy translation, and cross-functional collaboration to mature access management in a regulated financial environment. Richardson, TX-based, full-time role with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• IAM leadership with cross-functional governance and clear accountability.
• Ability to translate policy into operating processes and measurable outcomes.
• Experience in authentication/authorization, provisioning and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• IAM strategy, policy and governance across lifecycle, SSO/MFA, and audits.
• Oversee identity provisioning/deprovisioning and access reviews.
• Drive automation and RBAC/ABAC improvements, and role engineering.
• Coordinate audit readiness and evidence reporting.
• Oversee privileged and non-human identities within IAM controls.
• Define success measures and KPIs for IAM outcomes.
