Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking an IAM Delivery Manager to lead the enterprise IAM program, with oversight of SailPoint ISC, Okta Workforce Identity, and Delinea PAM. The role manages a team of IAM Engineers, coordinates with IAM Operations, and ensures secure, scalable identity services.

Strong vendor management and regulatory examination experience are preferred. Responsibilities include roadmap ownership, application onboarding, audits, risk coordination, and delivering measurable IAM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, CS or related field required.
• 5+ years IAM or cybersecurity experience; 7+ years leadership.
• Experience with enterprise IAM platforms and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery, health, and evolution of the IAM program for the bank.
• Manage IAM Engineers; coordinate with IAM Engineering & Operations.
• Own roadmap, onboarding, governance, audits, and regulatory support.
• Drive automation and cross‑functional IAM projects; report status.
