Job summary

Tharp Consulting in Dallas, TX, is seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager for Cyber Managed Services. You will coordinate the daily delivery of contracted cybersecurity and IAM services, align resources, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and clear communication.

You will lead staffing decisions, mentor team members, produce professional client-facing materials, and maintain strict adherence to security policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in management roles within cybersecurity or IDM domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, IDM processes, and security controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to produce professional client-facing materials.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical information clearly.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate integrity, and uphold professional standards.
