Job summary

val's services leads Cyber Managed Services delivery, coordinating daily engagement activities and ensuring quality standards. You will work with clients and internal teams to provide updates, identify risks, and uncover new business opportunities while coaching staff and ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of IDM/cybersecurity, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; travel may be required, and US work authorization is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of management experience in IDM or cybersecurity domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, IDM processes, and security controls within managed services environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to produce professional client-facing materials.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Travel may be required based on business needs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; no visa sponsorship available.
