Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer (Corporate/New Business) to serve as the technical and domain expert in IAM solutions. You will help customers understand the value of our identity platform, demonstrate capabilities, and guide complex use cases through proof-of-concept engagements.

You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams, translate technical needs into solutions, and contribute to product feedback and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

• Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise with 5+ years pre-sales experience.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
• Experience with lifecycle management, RBAC, and provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Hands-on development experience in web/mobile/backend stacks and IP-based real-time communications.
• Experience with REST APIs, API Gateways, and SDKs.
• Experience deploying apps on AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar platforms; strong security focus.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Territory management, pipeline building, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with Corporate/New Business sales team as the technical and domain expert to convey value of the company’s IAM solutions.
• Demonstrate product capabilities and map solutions to customer challenges.
• Answer technical questions from customers, partners and colleagues.
• Plan and deliver Proof Of Concepts with collaboration from engineering teams.
• Provide feedback to product management on enhancements to meet customer needs.
• Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solutions Engineers.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events including executive briefings and trade shows.
• Occasionally lead the team as SME on various product solutions.
