Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an IAM Application Lead to drive the identity and access management program. The role leads provisioning, deprovisioning, and RBAC across enterprise systems while guiding SSO, MFA, and privileged access controls.

You will partner with IT, HR, app owners, and security to strengthen access governance and compliance. The position requires 3+ years in IAM with Epic Security, SailPoint, Okta, Imprivata, or CyberArk, and a strong background in AD/Azure.

Qualifications

• Associate s degree with IT or related field; bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of IAM technical experience with tools like SailPoint, Okta, Imprivata, CyberArk.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, privileged access management, and identity governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IAM program execution across enterprise systems and applications.
• Oversee provisioning, deprovisioning, role-based access controls, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Act as functional lead for SSO, MFA, and privileged access controls.
• Coordinate access reviews, audits, and policy development to ensure compliance.
• Mentor IAM analysts and report performance and risks to leadership.
