Zusammenfassung

CDW is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead enterprise IAM strategy, strengthen identity governance, and manage a team of IAM professionals. The role partners across security, technology, risk, compliance, audit, and business teams to improve how identities and access are managed across the organization.

Key areas include RBAC, identity lifecycle management, CIAM, and secure authentication/authorization.

Qualifikationen

3-7 years of information security experience.
5 years of management experience.
Strong IAM strategy and program leadership experience.
Experience with RBAC, access governance, identity lifecycle management, and provisioning.
Experience developing or managing CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management).
Strong background in security governance, risk management, and compliance.
Knowledge of SOX, GLBA Section 501(b), ISO 27001, and NIST.

Aufgaben

Lead enterprise IAM strategy, governance, and program delivery.
Partner with security, technology, risk, compliance, audit and business teams to improve identity and access management.
Oversee RBAC, identity lifecycle management, user provisioning/deprovisioning, and access governance.
Drive CIAM initiatives and strengthen authentication/authorization controls.
Coach and develop IAM professionals and build security-focused culture.
