Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Application Lead to guide the Identity and Access Management program. You will oversee provisioning, deprovisioning, and RBAC across enterprise systems, while coordinating with IT, HR, and security teams to implement secure access models and governance.

The role combines hands-on IAM work with program leadership, focusing on SSO, MFA, and privileged access control, to strengthen overall security and compliance across RWJBarnabas Health.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor degree preferred in IT or related field.
• Certification in specified application as applicable, maintain certification.
• 3+ years of IAM experience with systems like Epic Security, SailPoint, Okta, Imprivata or CyberArk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IAM program day-to-day activities across enterprise systems and applications.
• Oversee provisioning, deprovisioning, and RBAC across the organization.
• Lead IAM technologies (SSO, MFA, privileged access) and governance initiatives.
• Support access reviews, audits, and policy development.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, application owners, and security teams on access models.
