Job summary

The IAM Analyst role at Dauch in Detroit focuses on maintaining Identity and Access Management services, user lifecycle management, access provisioning, reviews, and incident resolution to protect critical manufacturing systems.

You will work with SailPoint/Entra ID/Okta/CyberArk or similar tools, support compliance controls, handle access requests, and identify automation opportunities while documenting procedures for audits and security governance.

Qualifications

• Clear communication in English and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in access management.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams and security partners.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for incident response and reviews.
• Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt or similar is preferred.
• Educational background in IT, cybersecurity, CS or related field is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage user access requests, modifications, and deprovisioning.
• Perform identity lifecycle management for joiners, movers, leavers.
• Support access certification and SoD reviews.
• Investigate and resolve IAM incidents and requests within SLA targets.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor IAM processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain documentation of IAM procedures and controls.
