Job summary

The IAM Analyst role at Dauch in Detroit focuses on maintaining Identity and Access Management services, user lifecycle management, access provisioning, reviews, and incident resolution to protect critical manufacturing systems.

The role focuses on user lifecycle management, access provisioning and deprovisioning, access reviews, compliance controls, and incident resolution, while contributing to the overall security and operational effectiveness of the organization.

• Manage user access requests, modifications, and account deprovisioning.
• Perform identity lifecycle management activities for joiners, movers, and leavers.
• Support access certification and segregation of duties (SoD) reviews.
• Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests within SLA targets.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor IAM processes and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IAM procedures and controls.
