Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Manager, Research Compliance (IACUC/IBC) in Evanston, IL to oversee regulatory compliance and day-to-day operations of the comparative model research program. You will coordinate with IACUC, IBC, and AAALAC/OLAW activities and prepare annual reports.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Biomedical Science required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing an IACUC, working with comparative models, and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of IACUC/IBC regulations and comparative model compliance.
• Regulatory review and documentation management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage complex workflows and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IACUC meetings, pre-review of protocols, amendments, and continuing reviews.
• Oversee regulatory compliance oversight, post-approval monitoring, and SLA adherence.
• Maintain training and qualifications of IACUC staff and committee members.
• Write policies and SOPs reflecting Federal and local regulations (USDA, OLAW, NIH, AAALAC).
• Coordinate IBC meetings, agendas, minutes, and ensure quorum.
• Ensure NIH/OLAW/AAALAC documentation and reporting are up to date.
