Endeavor Health is seeking a Program Manager for IRB Reliance Agreements and External Review in Evanston. You will oversee the external IRB process and act as the liaison between researchers and the IRB, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

You will manage the intake and local review of protocols, coordinate with internal units, and support quality assurance, reporting, and policy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Research Compliance and IRB program activities.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws governing human subjects research; regulatory information familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Manage external IRB process and liaison with commercial IRB.
• Provide expert liaison between investigators and external IRBs; educate on regulations and risk.
• Collaborate with Privacy Office and Corporate Compliance to resolve issues; coordinate with clinical research unit.
• Ensure data entry in IRB management system; monitor submissions from inception to closeout.
