Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Manager, Research Compliance IACUC/IBC to oversee regulatory compliance and day-to-day operations of the comparative model research program. You will coordinate with the IACUC and IBC, prepare inspections, and maintain AAALAC and OLAW compliance, while managing staff.

Responsibilities include guiding protocol reviews, coordinating meetings, training staff, and ensuring NIH/USDA requirements are met across the Evanston, IL campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in biomedical science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years managing an IACUC with regulatory knowledge.
• Strong understanding of AAALAC, OLAW, NIH, and USDA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead IACUC/I BC coordination and meeting management.
• Guide protocol reviews and amendments pre-review/processing.
• Ensure post-approval monitoring aligns with approved protocols.
• Maintain SOPs and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with veterinary staff and institutional stakeholders.
• Train and mentor IACUC administrative staff.
