Allstate Insurance Company is seeking a Lead Product Engineer for Infrastructure as Code to drive enterprise automation and self-service provisioning across platforms. You will design reusable modules, establish standards, and collaborate with platform teams to accelerate IaC adoption.

The role emphasizes building automation pipelines, governance, and secure, scalable infrastructure delivery with cross-functional collaboration across security, networking, and application teams.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code principles, patterns, and engineering practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, identity management, and platform services.
• Ability to influence engineering teams and drive adoption of technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise IaC strategy, standards, governance, and adoption roadmap.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation solutions across omni-hosted platforms.
• Build reusable modules, templates, and self-service automation capabilities.
• Develop automation using Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Puppet, Rundeck, Python, or related tools.
• Drive CI/CD, security, compliance, testing, and deployment automation for infrastructure delivery.
