Job summary

Allstate Insurance Company is seeking a hands-on Product Engineer for Infrastructure as Code to drive enterprise-scale automation. You will design, build, and productize reusable infrastructure solutions enabling teams to provision, manage, and operate infrastructure through code.

You will design APIs, drive CI/CD, security, and governance for infrastructure delivery while partnering with platform product teams to accelerate IaC adoption and deliver resilient, scalable platform services.

Qualifications

Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code principles and patterns.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
Experience building infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Env0, Puppet.
Strong software engineering mindset with maintainability and testing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise IaC strategy, standards, governance, and adoption roadmap.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation across omni-hosted platforms.
Create reusable modules, templates, and self-service automation for infra teams.
Develop automation using IaC tools and related technologies.
Drive adoption and productize infrastructure capabilities.
