Job summary

INflow Federal is seeking an Information Assurance Security Engineer to protect mission‑critical systems across highly classified environments. You’ll design security into architecture, engineering, accreditation, and operations, collaborating with a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals.

This role emphasizes RMF/ ICD 503, cloud security, network defense, and enterprise infrastructure, enabling rapid, secure delivery of national security capabilities while staying ahead of emerging threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• 10+ years in Information Assurance, cybersecurity engineering, or related fields.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• IAM Level II certification before start.
• Experience with RMF and ICD 503 processes.
• Experience securing AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with DISA STIGs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security controls across the system life cycle.
• Support RMF accreditation activities and C&A per ICD 503.
• Collaborate with engineers to embed security into design and implementation.
• Lead security policy development and documentation.
• Support vulnerability management and incident response.
