KBR is seeking an Integration and Test manager to support government customers at NASA Goddard. The I&T manager will work with the Project Lead to oversee the OMES III contract for the LEO program, managing task performance and staffing to meet milestones.

This leadership role focuses on coordinating diverse teams, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning technical inputs with customer objectives while maintaining KBR's mission of safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Project Management.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Project management or related fields.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and Stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and execute task orders to meet the customers objectives, timelines, and requirements.

• Identify resources shortfall and make corrective recommendations.

Manage task performance and staffing to ensure project milestones.

Basic Compensation

Jobs on this contract range from $164,900.00- $247,400. Pay range is specific to the Greenbelt, MD area.

The offered rate will be based on the position, contract affordability, the selected candidate’s working location, knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
