KBR is seeking a Project Leader for the NASA Flight Operations Directorate Training Management System. This role leads a team of Training Operations Integrators and serves as the primary technical interface with NASA FOD leadership on TMS operations and performance.

You will coordinate vendor and internal teams to ensure system effectiveness and timely issue resolution. The position requires strong data-driven management, excellent communication, and hands-on oversight of TMS processes.

Competenze

• BS or MS in Data Science, MIS or equivalent.
• Four or more years of applicable experience.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.

This position is for the Project Leader of the NASA Flight Operations Directorate (FOD) Training Management system (TMS). This position leads a team of Training Operations Integrators in the implementation of the Fox TMS and serves as the prime technical interface with to NASA FOD Training leadership on the operations and performance of the TMS and team. Provides strategic oversight of TMS vendor coordination, test planning and execution, performance monitoring, and resolution of system-level defects.

Responsibilities

• TMS administrative oversight such as permissions, standardization, processes, nomenclature, and data gathering for troubleshooting purposes
• TMS reporting process management, and communicating TMS functionality changes and issues to stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional technical integration efforts between Software Developers, Training Operations Integrators and TMS vendor
• Support management in strategic discussions to define the implementation of TMS processes
• Support management by translating TMS performance data, operational risks, and test metrics into actionable insights
• Direct participation in special projects/tool maintenance tasks
• Provide TMS and team performance feedback to management
• Serve as prime Training Operations Integrator interface to TMS vendor Comply365
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for TMS, escalating issues to specialist organizations in the FOD Mission Systems Division or Comply365
• Monitor proper use of system resources and support system auditing processes
• Documentation and maintenance of TMS processes in the Wiki
• Support management with hiring efforts for new personnel
• Train and mentor new employees

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Data Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent, degree, and four or more years of applicable experience
• Skills and experience: Project management; cross-functional team leadership; excellent oral and written communication; excellent presentation skills; experience with systems, resource management, regression and user testing processes; demonstrated ability to conduct stakeholder alignment
