This position is an onsite only position in Pinellas County, Florida.

Boley Centers has an opportunity for a full-time I.T. Level 1 Support Technician to provide first-level I.T. technical support to Boley Centers staff across multiple locations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues related to Microsoft Windows and Mac desktop systems, servers, networks, VOIP, and related technologies. Responsibilities include help desk triage, remote and onsite troubleshooting, documentation, and exceptional customer service.
Mandatory Certifications: A+, Network+, or Security+ (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
Knowledge: Knowledge of Windows 11/10/8/7, exposure to Windows Server, Active Directory and network fundamentals, understanding of help desk workflows.
Valid Florida driver's license, personal vehicle and auto insurance.
Must pass a Level 2 background check and drug screen.
