Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience applying I/O Psychology, psychology analytics, workforce analytics, survey research, organizational research, or related quantitative methods.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
• Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Statistics, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Experience with classical statistics, including hypothesis testing, data analysis, and interpretation.
• Experience with data modeling and quantitative analysis.
• Experience designing, evaluating, or applying selection processes, assessments, surveys, competency models, or related measurement tools.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear written and oral communications.
• Ability to develop high-quality client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and analytical products.
• Ability to travel 10-50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
• Apply I/O Psychology principles to workforce studies, surveys, assessments, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Conduct research, data preparation, statistical analysis, and interpretation.
• Support end-to-end survey and workforce analytics activities, including requirements gathering, instrument development, data quality reviews, analysis, reporting, and executive briefings.
• Develop workforce planning analyses to identify capability needs, skills gaps, workforce risks, and future talent requirements.
• Design, develop, and update curriculum and learning materials for adult learners, managers, and leaders.
• Develop client-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and strategic communications that convey complex analytical findings.
• Collaborate with client and Deloitte team members to solve problems and deliver high-quality work.
• Travel as needed; contribute to project planning and delivery.
