Job summary

Qualifications

7+ years of experience with data analytics.

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.

Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

Developing, collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to address complex ad hoc talent management and workforce-related inquiries.
Creating clear, executive-ready data visualizations and presentations in PowerPoint to communicate insights and recommendations
Supporting the team and client in improving data development, collection, analysis, and reporting processes using databases, spreadsheets, and structured relational database queries
Partnering with federal government product owners to gather, refine, and prioritize technical requirements for web-based applications and tools
