Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s in healthcare/behavioral health or 3 years relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Engage individuals and families in home/community to identify goals and barriers.
• Provide direct interventions using the I-FAST model.
• Assess client/family thoroughly to inform treatment.
• Develop treatment plans and collaborate with schools, courts, care management, etc.
