Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Highland County, OH, seeks a Community Behavioral Health Worker to empower youth and families through the I-FAST treatment model. Responsibilities include providing direct treatment, assessing client needs, and collaborating with community agencies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or three years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of family dynamics, community service systems, and multi-need individuals.

This role offers a pay range of $19.00 - $22.26 per hour, generous benefits including medical, dental, and 401K with employer match.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of directly relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Current license/certification such as LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC preferred.
• Effective communication skills required.
• Willingness to engage in cross-systems team-building activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST treatment model.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients and families.
• Engage primary caregivers and community agency staff in treatment.
• Participate in case planning and evaluation of case progress.
• Ensure access to support 24/7 for clients.
