Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Chillicothe, OH is seeking an I-FAST Community Behavioral Health Worker to engage families in home and community settings and deliver interventions using the I-FAST model. Qualifications

• A high school degree or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, behavioral health or related field, or three years of relevant experience.
• 2-3 years direct experience in healthcare or behavioral health is preferred.
• Experience with multisystems such as Court Systems, CPS, Schools, OhioRise, FCFC is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive; vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Engage individuals and families in home and community settings to identify goals.
• Provide interventions using the I-FAST treatment model with strengths-based approach.
• Conduct thorough client and family assessments to inform treatment.
• Develop treatment plans and collaborate with schools, courts, and care management entities.
• Deliver care in home and community-based settings; weekly case planning.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate EHR documentation.
• Travel within designated service areas; provide backup for team members as needed.
