The Technician IV will own the strategic direction of the instrumentation and controls program, lead capital projects, and drive enterprise-level reliability initiatives

• Lead end-to-end capital automation projects.
• Program and calibrate instrumentation maintenance.
• Program PLC/SCADA ownership and system improvements.
• Investigate and resolve complex multi-system failures.
• Manage documentation library and standards.
• Manage vendor and contractor technical relationships.
• Ensure safety compliance and incident investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement and technology roadmaps.
