Job summary

Williams is seeking an I&E Operations Technician III/Sr. to support gas processing equipment and control systems. You will work with safety-focused technicians, perform complex maintenance, and lead system upgrades and commissioning.

You will mentor teammates, conduct root cause analyses, and collaborate with project managers to define instrumentation scopes while upholding high safety and reliability standards.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years in operations/energy.
• Preferred: 2-year technical degree with 5+ years in ops/engineering.
• Experience with instrumentation troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex maintenance on gas process equipment and systems.
• Lead root cause analyses to minimize unplanned shutdowns.
• Mentor technicians and lead system upgrades and commissioning.
• Define instrumentation scopes for new projects and ensure safety standards.
