Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking an Instrumentation & Electrical Technician to support safe, reliable operation of our Williston, ND facilities.

You will install, troubleshoot, calibrate, repair and maintain instrumentation, electrical and control systems, including PLCs, SCADA and analyzers, while adhering to safety and environmental standards. The role includes rotating on-call, on-site work, and a geographic allowance to support living in the Williston area.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of gas processing fundamentals.
• Knowledge of instrumentation, electronics, tools and control systems.
• Knowledge of governmental rules, regulations and electrical codes.
• Knowledge of safety practices for flammable gases, liquids and high pressure systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, calibrate, repair and maintain instrumentation, electrical, automation and control systems including PLCs, SCADA, analyzers and safety systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and analytical testing on compressors, engines, drivers and auxiliary equipment.
• Maintain electrical power circuits, switchgear and power distribution.
• Interpret electrical drawings and schematics and update maintenance records.
• Support commissioning activities and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
