Job summary

ConocoPhillips is seeking an Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Technician to support the Bakken asset in Watford City or New Town, ND. You will troubleshoot and maintain instrumentation and electrical equipment, work safely, and collaborate with operations teams to ensure reliable asset performance.

The role requires willingness to relocate within 50 miles of Watford City or New Town, ND, and readiness to work a rotating schedule with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Basic level of technical knowledge and training to maintain instrument and electrical equipment.
• Ability to work safely and follow regulations (DOT/OSHA).
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of Watford City or New Town, ND.

Responsibilities

• Comply with DOT and OSHA regulations and safety policies.
• Perform instrumentation and electrical maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Complete documentation and SAP notifications.
• Support commissioning of new equipment and facilities through loop/logic checks.
• Maintain records and respond to emergencies as part of on-call duties.
