Job summary

CordenPharma Colorado and Boulder sites are seeking a seasoned facilities and utilities manager to oversee site utilities, maintenance, and I&E systems. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 10 years of related experience; travel domestically and internationally is required. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to optimize energy use and capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline and 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in pharmaceuticals or GMP environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages supply and cost of electric, gas, water, and nitrogen through budgeting, forecasting, contract management, and cost improvements.
• Manages the production of site utilities including steam, cooling tower water, low temperature cooling, compressed air, nitrogen, and purified water systems.
• Manages maintenance, enhancement, and modification to chemical processing equipment, buildings, HVAC, air supply and exhaust, internal areas, offices, and common areas.
• Manages instrumentation and electrical systems including installation, upgrades, calibration, compliance, and maintenance.
• Manages data and information regarding equipment specification, maintenance, and history of systems involved.
