Job summary

CordenPharma Colorado/Boulder site is seeking a Manager of Maintenance, I&E and Facilities to lead utility and facility operations in a GMP environment. You will direct a team of engineers and technicians, manage budgets, and ensure reliability of plant systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities include capital project oversight, SAP maintenance, and coordination with EH&S and QA to meet regulatory and safety standards. Travel domestically and internationally as required by the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a 4-year college or university; 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
• Pharmaceutical or GMP environment experience strongly preferred
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting for maintenance, facilities, I&E and utilities with focus on cost targets
• Manage site utilities production (steam, water, nitrogen, etc.) and related systems
• Maintain and upgrade facilities, HVAC, and process equipment
• Lead instrumentation and electrical systems management, installation, calibration, and compliance
• Direct 5+ employees and contracted staff; coach and develop team members
• Oversee capital projects within budget and ensure quality and performance targets
• Manage Site Qualification System and MRO program; ensure documentation and parts control
