Corden Pharma Colorado is seeking a senior site utilities and facilities leader to manage utilities, infrastructure, and MRO programs across Colorado and Boulder facilities. You’ll supervise engineering and maintenance teams, drive cost efficiencies, and partner with EH&S to meet regulatory standards.
The role emphasizes budget stewardship, project oversight, and ensuring reliable operations for pharmaceutical manufacturing support, with travel as needed.

Responsible for the management of groups and activities, at both the Corden Pharma Colorado and Corden Pharma Boulder sites, to provide site needs for utilities (both procured and produced), site and building infrastructure, mechanical maintenance, instrumentation & electrical systems, and SAP maintenance information systems. Targets are to develop capabilities within areas managed and maximize efficiency and effectiveness of resources provided. Strong focus on solid task management through subordinate leads. Strong emphasis on cost effective and efficient management of budgeted funds to achieve necessary outcomes.

Manages 5 or more employees and departmentally contracted support personnel. Conducts all managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, regulatory compliance, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline from a 4-year college or university, and 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in pharmaceuticals or GMP environment is strongly preferred.
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
