Job summary

Mill Talent is seeking a Lead and supervise a team of E&I maintenance mechanics to ensure safety, training, and efficient execution of work assignments.

In this role you will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks while collaborating with reliability engineers to reduce downtime and quality issues in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Requires 3-5 years of E&I supervisory experience in an industrial setting, preferably within the pulp and paper industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards (NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA) and the ability to interpret electrical drawings and P&IDs.
